Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your goods then simply return them within 14 working days from the date after the goods were received by you unused, unmarked and in their original packaging.
Prior to return, contact us at info@flandriabikes.com stating the reason for return and explaining what you would like us to do. We will then issue you with a returns number.
Once you have a returns number, return the product by traceable means (signature required), and ensuring that the product is fully insured against loss or damage during transportation, along with a copy of the invoice and an indication why you are returning the product to:
